Community Center Reservation Information


Reservation requests are accepted up to 1 (one) year in advance.  A minimum of a 72 (seventy-two) hour notice is required to reserve a facility. 

Facilities may not be available if being utilized for official Eagle Springs’ use (i.e. monthly meetings or community-wide activities).

Eagle Springs’ facilities are open to the Public; minimums apply.  There is an additional fee for non-resident use.  Everyone must sign a Facility Use Agreement.

Reservation requests (Private, Committee, Group, etc.) may be taken online through this website or by calling the Eagle Springs Management Office at 478-953-8702. 

All requests are date/time stamped and will be accepted and approved on a first-come, first-serve basis.

All “set-up” and “clean-up” time is included in the listed reservation time.  Additional time for setting up, outside the block of time selected, is NOT included; if you need additional time, please discuss available options with On-Site Management.

Eagle Springs Community Center:
            Eagle Springs Resident - $800 + $250 Non-Refundable Security Deposit
            Non-Resident - $1050 + $250 Non-Refundable Security Deposit.

Reservations are NOT approved until an “Approval Email” is received from the OnSite Management.  Once approval email is received, the person who made the reservation must come into the OnSite Management Office to sign a Facility Use Agreement and pay the Security Deposit before the reservation is confirmed.  Reservations should NOT be considered confirmed until a Facility Use Agreement has been signed and OnSite Management has processed the Security Deposit.

Reservations NOT confirmed by the date shown on the Approval Email are subject to cancellation without further notice.

The remaining Rental Fee balance is due prior to the reservation date and before Keys will be issued.

Keys may be picked up at the OnSite Management Office at a pre-determined time set forth by management, typically at the same time the Rental Fee balance is paid.

Keys must be returned immediately following the end of the event/clean-up.  Keys may either be given to the OnSite Management or dropped in the drop box located at the Management Office.

Thirty (30) days notice of cancellation is REQUIRED in order to refund deposit and fee.
